You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using Love Daring, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hello@lovedaring.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Linking your account to a partner's account shares certain content (like journal entries and game answers) between the two of you. Only link with someone you trust and want to share that content with.

Love Daring is free to browse and play, no subscription required.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive toward another person.
• Attempt to access another user's account or content without authorization.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone, including a partner or ex-partner.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the journal entries, answers, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you and your linked partner so the app can function. We don't use your private content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

The games, questions, prompts, design, and branding on Love Daring are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Love Daring may display ads from third-party networks or link to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how ad-related cookies work.

Love Daring is a conversation tool, not therapy, counseling, or professional relationship advice. We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular outcome for your relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Daring and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Love Daring and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify you directly. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
